I think this box must have belonged to Mary Poppins! No matter how much paper I deal with, there's still more!
I just came upon a stack of unopened mail!!!??? Then I looked at the dates - November 2018! Mum died 30th October. That'll be why it wasn't opened then then!
The further down I get the more it's: shred, shred, shred, with just an occasional: file. My poor shredder is certainly earning it's keep today. I've lost count of how often I've emptied it, but one inside-out charity bag is full and put out to recycle and another inside-out charity bag is half full. It's strangely satisfying
Thank you Goodi xx I hope your lottie dries out quickly. xx

Well done on the parkrunSorry the lottie is under water, it is a good growing time, but with the ground so waterlogged all over the country, some folk have no chance to get things planted.Round, you sound like you are shredding the way I do
any way my shredder is now over heated and it cuts out as a safety feature, so I have been food shopping.
OH has gone to the pub to watch the rugby, I've eaten a ys prawn salad.I feel worn out, I will shred in a bit when it cools down, then we start again tomorrow...............................Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

I just went to get something out of the loft (reverse Flying!) and had to deal first with a very dead mouse caught in the mousetrap. At least he/she died happy, feasting on peanut butter.6

Morning all,
Well done on the slinky, Round.
I have only walked around my allotment once since about November, GI. I can’t see this week being any better either - it’s going to take an age to dry out enough to do anything.
Yesterday afternoon didn't go exactly to plan, but I also managed to get rid of a couple of loads of shredding. It must have been Day of the Shredder yesterday!
Today’s plans are looking.....flexible, shall we say? DH has plans to use my time and has been a pita since he came home yesterday afternoon. Couple that with dropping DD to and from work, and I can see very little opportunity to attack my list.

Morning everyone xx
I've completed Round 1 before coming on line
make the bed
get washed and dressed
breakfast
WUDUPA
feed the birds
put out rubbish and recycling
laundry shuffle
set WM swishing (jeans)
empty shredder
shred
empty shredder
put second full cs bag full of shredded out for recycling
ooo that felt good
I've about an inch of filing and and an inch and a half of shredding still to do as once I could see the bottom of the box last night I concentrated on sorting in to piles: file, shred, recycle. A photo of Mum with DS on his prom night squeezed my heart. All photos found have been put in the drawer under my bed with the photo albums that I unboxed the other week - not ready for a photo-cull yet.
Round 2 =
peg out jeans
complete shredding
complete filing
A friend has asked for the box so it will be leaving the building (which means I can't fill it again woot woot)
Have a good Sunday lovely ladies

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today.
I am hoping for a less stressful day today, just glad that DD and her DH are ok. Just a few aches and pains.
So far today I have fed me and the dogs, had three cuppas, got washed and dressed, done physio, watered plants, made bed, got first of two wash loads in machine, wudupa, cleaned kitchen sink, s&sd bathrooms and done some prep for sorting cupboards and shed of doom later.
Dog walk next.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Morning all, it's been a strange week here, the schools went back in all but a few towns but then on Friday night they anounced all schools closing for 2 weeks so part of my work has gone but we are going to use it to tidy the centre up and get ahead with preparation etc.
Dining room, kitchen and living room are tidy as we had friends round for dinner last night, but living room could do with a deep clean. OH and DD1 have just taken 6 carrier bags of stuff to the recycling/charity part of the tip. It's great that our new tip has a drop off point for charity stuff and it's big and easy to drive round so no excuses not to get rid of stuff out of the house.
WM is on
DW on
Will concentrate on DD1 washing and generally potter around today until the rugby and then watch that with left over pancakes from last night.
Have a good day7 -
Lovely walk in the sunshine with Littleydog and poppet. Getting sandwich lunch out of the way now then I'll be tackling the cupboards of doom. Send a search party if you haven't heard from me in a few hours.Spend less now, work less later.7
