Iphone SAR Rating

I'm slightly concerned about the SAR rating on iPhones, particularly as a family member would like one as a birthday present. Looking at some of the articles online the rating is much too high for my liking. I would like to know is there a iPhone with a lower SAR rating (i.e. below 1) and what would be an alternative to one of these phones?

I want a good spec phone (roughly similar to an iPhone, with a good camera and storage) I don't mind if the phone is second hand. What I don't want is a phone with a high SAR Rating anything over 1w per KG on either body or head. Looks to me that all Galaxy's are high as well like the Apple phones. Probably looking to pay £150. Just wondered what would be available for that. Not seen much so far

I have a Motorola Moto G8 Plus. According to this web page:
The highest SAR values under the ICNIRP guidelines for your device model are listed below:
    Head SAR0.589 W/kg
    Body-worn0.882 W/kg
The G7 Power (which will be in your price range) says:
    Head SAR0.491 W/kg
    Body-worn0.858 W/kg
