Flight cancelled, have train after flight

Hi. Wizzair cancelled my flight, and offered me the same route the day before. I am Ok with that day, the problem is that I have a train booked for after the flight. Now I will have to pay again for the tickets (or at least the price difference plus 10 quid). Is there any way I could claim that money from Wizzair?

NO. ............What if the original flight had been late?
If it is worth it after paying any excess consider a travel insurance claim.

Whats the connection? I left plenty of time for delays. But they have cancelled the flight!

are there other airlines operating the route on the original date? were you offered a refund instead of the amended flight? is the flight imminent or is this change part of the summer schedule changes that come into force after end of March?

    No, afraid not.

Have you looked to see if you can amend the train ticket for a smaller fee?
