Just got back from the running club where everyone seems to be just as nervous as me. I am tapering now so just did a steady 5 mile run.
I get some ribbing Basil, but if they would rather drink and smoke and live unhealthily who is the biggest fool? So you keep at it girl.
I was hoping for a sub 4 hour time, but as I have been training through a chest infection since Christmas it may be a bit optimistic.
