I am running the London Marathon for Macmillan
As many of you know, I am a keen club runner and have run the Flora London Marathon twice as well as numerous other events over the years.
I will be running the 26.2 miles through the Streets of London again on Sunday 13 April on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Please allow me to quote from their website http://www.macmillan.org.uk
'Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and campaign for better cancer care. Cancer affects us all. We can all help'
Since last running this event we lost my dad Ron Jones to cancer in September 2006 and therefore I will be running in his memory.
I know that many of my MSE friends would like the opportunity of joining me in supporting the work of this worthy and respected charity.
This can be done by visiting my charity websit at

Thank you,
Chris
