Hi,
I have bought a Samsung J530F handset.  I am amazed that it didn't come with instructions but have been told this is normal.  Hmm.
I have managed to send a call to a friend and listened to his reply.  Where, please on the Web can I learn to go further.  For instance, how  do I enter the names and numbers of my contacts, preferably in auto alphabetic order?
I don't expect anyone to give me a full tutorial by the way.  But being pointed in the right direction would be enormously helpful.
Cheers...

New phones do not come with instructions. They would not be able to fit the manual in the box. If in doubt ask any 7year old to help. That's what I do LOL.
In the bumf that came with your "superphone"? there will be info re user instructions usually to go online: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/SM-J530FZSAO2C/

Scroll down to download user manual. And perhaps print out. Great reading for a few days? Er good luck.

I'm not sure what a superphone is, presume you mean a smartphone. I don't know how familiar you are with computers but smartphones are a bit like them in that how you use them depends on the operating system and its version. On computers it's usually Windows and on smartphones it's likely to be Android if you have a Samsung phone.
Be aware that lots of questions can be answered by typing them into Google or YouTube - most things have been asked before.

Ah, I see that superphone is the wrong name.  Sorry about that.
I should have responded earlier but I'm having problems with my PC at the moment.  In fact I've just decided to change ISP's in the hope that this will improve things - Zen looks good.
Anyway, thanks to those who have posted.  There is a lot of information out there, isn't there?  I think I may be able to absorb enough of it to actually be able to actually use my Smartphone.  To some degree anyway......

If your still getting problems with the PC, post over on the Techie board.
I also agree that changing ISP won't solve the issue if its PC related.

Connect to your Google account (or get one) and put you contacts into Google contacts, then they'll be available on your phone, your PC, everywhere. Likewise photos, notes, calendar, etc.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.
