Wish I could turn my thoughts off I only did it because I can't cope with money has always caused me son much stress I mean if the worst thing he can do about yhe money if he does seatch it just don't want my wife to be mixed up in all of this sorry about this

What's done is done, you need to focus on how you run your finances going forward to avoid future issues and maximize what you can achieve. If the OR come across anything which looks wrong or suspect you'll know about it soon enough, but it sounds like the OR is pretty much done with you. In the meantime try and focus on more positive things and if anything else comes up we can try to help then

Hi..please take a deep breath and take advice from this forum which has been a lifeline for many of us. 
Concentrate on what you know..you've had mail asking for details of the 2k paid to your parents  which you are happy to provide. 
You have been told yours is a simple case and no I.P.A.
As far as I understand nothing has been questioned about the other amount of money. 
Try to stop overthinking this and take it a step at a time. 
As long as you cooperate with the O.R and be honest you have nothing to worry about. 
We are here for you..but please stop beating yourself up..look upon this time as a fresh start.

So if there is a problem  how are the or to deal with ,will have to be done by letters anyway as I won't talk on the phone just worried about my wife's account  as I transferred her the money as she deals with it all can the or  look at her accounts sorry more questions lol

The OR may make contact by letter or phone, although if he\she knows you prefer to do by letter they might just write, if they make contact by phone you can ask them to write. The OR wouldn't normally have the right to look at other peoples bank accounts, although you may want to show them these if your asked as might be easiest way of allaying the ORs concerns.

Be careful you don't come across as obstructive to the OR should you have future dealings, if there's one thing that will ensure future OR contact its the impression that you are trying to pull the wool over thier eyes
