If the company has accepted it as rejected with no deductions for use, then you would be quite fortunate. Rejecting it is saying it isn't suitable for use, yet you use it.
Just because someone says something you disagree with doesn't make them unhelpful. It might be a view you disagree with, but it's not automatically unhelpful. Buying cars far away from where one lives increases potential risk of paying out more money to resolve issues.1 -
