Bluestone Credit Management and HMRC

Just to update you, I sent a letter to Bluestone denying the debt and asking them to refer it back to their client. I also stated that this was statute barred. I told them I was on disability benefits and was preparing to apply for bankruptcy and would include this alleged debt.I received a reply from Bluestone this morning. It says that my account with them is closed and that they will not be contacting me again about this matter. It goes on to say that I may be contacted by another debt collection agency or HMRC in due course.I've put my bankruptcy application in, including this, so I'm over it. Many thanks to those who posted help and advice
