  • Thanks guys just fixing my credit score up - last one is to try and get an account that defaulted in 2015 settled but the company are not wanting to reduce the figure more than 30% to settle :-(

    The courts send an update to the CRA's once a month - for my set aside it was removed in around two and a half weeks after my hearing.If it's still there after 6 weeks - then I would go back to the court to ensure the paperwork to process it had been filed properly. It's rare for an update to be missed but I gather it does happen. (It won't be removed within 24 hours that's for sure though!)
  • I thought 24 hours was very optimistic indeed - now onto my last one, PRA Group with a CCA request to try and haggle a lower F&F settlement.
