My Hellish Day in Court (with the threat of a possible appeal)

I submitted a Costs Schedule for time spent and expenses, per the Newbies thread.
For anyone still interested re their application to appeal, they've been instructed to obtain a full transcript by the end of this month and serve a copy on me also. Whichever way it goes I'm still happy as they're out of pocket and the day after I got the court letter I won £1,000 on the postcode lottery, so all is well6 -

There is a tendency for the representatives of the PPC's such as Elms to shout bias when it is not going their way. What is forgotten is that the whole appeals system is biased in favour of the PPC's. If there is a bit of bias by the Judiciary it is because they must be seeing these cases as a total waste of court time. There is a big difference between a Non Molestation hearing and someone who has overstayed for a short while because the signage was unclear.

Today was another very long day - I was against what I think was a barrister, & we were almost 3 hours in 'full' court, including time hearing the decision. Even though I won, I'm still amazed at what the court considers acceptable conduct from these leeches. The circuit judge agreed that the Dammerman test had been met because I was able to show from video & photos that the 'ambient lighting' was insufficient - not least because 2 of the 4 street lamps they were relying on weren't working - and that although I'd attempted to engage with them throughout, they did nothing to engage with me or investigate the dispute. He too was "very surprised" that the IAS didn't find in my favour......10 -
C-m will read your post anyway.
If it was a barrister they are expensive. But well done
Another one for SRS to write about in his book of fairytales.

Most Judges don't understand that the IAS is a scam. SRS knows it and so if the scam had ruled in your favour, SRS would not have had to pay out so much money ........ A BACKFIRED SCAM ... Delightful
