    Hello,
I sent my complaint into Amigo Loans on the 27/04/2020. They emailed me back saying that they would investigate. I have now received and email back asking to complete questionnaires for each loan i had with them.
Has anyone else gone through the same process and how did you answer it. It asked to describe "why you feel the loan was unaffordable"
Any advice or info would be much appreciated. I did explain all of this already in my complaints letter.
If you've already covered it in your complaint then there's no real need to answer the questions again, is there?
Correct. However they have given me 10 days to replay. Do you think i should go back to them and state how i feel this is unnecessary as i have already explained all this in my complaints letter? Thanks.

Just repeat the information they asked for.  No point in deliberately making life difficult.

You could do. You could also do what @Deleted_User has suggested; I just don't feel that giving them the same information twice is necessary or that it's going to make much of a difference

Can I do this if it went into a CCJ for both me and the guarantor however the guarantor has since passed away.

    Hi,

Does anyone know if 1 plus 1 loans fall under this? I have had a guarantor loan for about 4 years with them now. They do not come up on the list for filling out the form. Thanks

Just received confirmation from Amigo today that they will be wiping my remaining 8,500 balance and give me £1100 due to mis-selling! Awesome news and this really does work.

Hi, I used a complaint company to claim against Amigo, their contract is with me.  Just heard back today that Amigo have contacted my Guarantor regarding my claim and award her 8k.  can the claim company still bill me for percentage of refund or am i clear as the refund was not awarded to me but my guarantor?

You'll need to pay the fee, as you employed them to post your complaint for you.  It doesn't matter where the refund goes.

Have since found out that amigo will be making an award to me and also to my guarantor as we both repaid a bit to the loan. so not sure if that will affect the amount that claim company will bill me for.
