As well as the above MSE thread on reclaiming guarantor loans, DebtCamel also have a guide (linked below):
How to complain when you are the guarantor for a loan

Yeah - noticed that too.  The link address is incorrect (wrong formatting).  I have PM'd @MSE_Amalia to let them know  :)

Edit:  Here is the correct link:

    Lol
First time I tried it, it didn't go anywhere, tried the original link again and it now goes to a Home Improvement website.

  • Every time I try to submit on the resolver website I get a 404 error and it doesnt submit
  • Have you tried a different browser?

    Hello,
I sent my complaint into Amigo Loans on the 27/04/2020. They emailed me back saying that they would investigate. I have now received and email back asking to complete questionnaires for each loan i had with them.
Has anyone else gone through the same process and how did you answer it. It asked to describe "why you feel the loan was unaffordable"
Any advice or info would be much appreciated. I did explain all of this already in my complaints letter.

If you've already covered it in your complaint then there's no real need to answer the questions again, is there?
