Poor performing L&G Stocks and Shares ISA - best ISA to transfer it to?

I'm new here and would appreciate some guidance.
I've had an L&D stocks and shares ISA for years, paying in £50 per month but it isn't growing, in fact it's lost money.
Can I move it to another company/provider that will grow my money?
Much appreciated

An ISA is just the wrapper, and it's the investments held within it that make the gains or losses - I don't know what you've actually invested in that's lost money over a sustained period during a long bull run of rising markets, but you can either buy better investments within the same ISA or move to an alternative platform using the receiving provider's ISA transfer process and make better choices when there.0

Define years? (it will help us understand whether you are mistaken or not)
Define losing money? (very few L&G funds have lost money over any sustained period - so that seems unlikely. However, your timsecale may be the issue).

Maybe the times you have checked it have just unfortunately been at a low ? My OH's L&G UK index trust R (acc) ISA has been up and down like a yo yo during the time he's had it ' Started in April '99 at 6k , it was up and down to £4074 in Jan '03 , up and down and up to £8123 in Jan '07 and at 10yrs old in Jan '09 was £5606 -a loss --an unlucky period . However he left it and it only went up after that . Jan 2020 ( 20yrs invested) shows £15,944 -not a particularly inspiring % profit overall , but it shows the significance of time scale.0

I have held L&G investments in various non-L&G accounts over the years and have always been happy with their performance relative to the market and their passive indexing and multi-asset funds can be good value.Looking at the L&G S&S ISA they have a their popular International Index (FTSE World ex UK) fund in an ISA wrapper at 0.51% compared to 0.38% (0.13% fund + 0.25% Cavendish platform) by going DIY. So slightly higher but it would only really matter on larger amounts. Your medium to long term return profile is more likely to be driven by your asset allocation and risk profile. They have the building blocks to create a portfolio to suit most risk profiles. For new customers TopCashBack currently have a £100+ cashback offer if making an initial £500 deposit followed by £100 per month direct debit and for that contribution level the cashback is far greater than the minimum 2 year period of charges.Alex0
