Vodafone nightmare

I have two complaints one is transfer of ownership which Vodafone should have done properly but didn't it has caused a lot of problems we filled in online form and also did a credit check when l check my account my sons account was not on there so that was good news becouse they reply back to us This was done last April 2019 around about November they said l could set up a payment plan to pay off my bill when l phoned up to pay it they said to me l could not becouse they said there was another account on there which was my sons account but was told that it needs payment l said my son as his own account they said he has a children's account. No l said he is 28 of age why has he got that they said l asked for it but l didn't l am so fed up with this company
