Will Apple fix/replace my iPad?

Options
Wasn’t sure whether to post this in Consumer Rights or Techie Stuff, but anyway, a week ago I updated my iPad to the latest ios (purchased in 2018) and it’s now unusable. Problems, as a result, are...
  • Safari repeatedly crashing &/or closing
  • Apps repeatedly crashing &/or closing
  • Youtube & prime video buzzing, juddering and repeating
  • In settings, whole categories disappearing
  • Slow response (opening and loading apps, loading web pages)
  • Freezing, unresponsive device = needs restarting

I have restored and reinstalled everything, but still the problems continue. Anyone know if I am entitled to a repair or replacement from Apple, as their operating system update caused it, especially as they say the updates are necessary for security?

Any advice would be great 😊

    Ring Apple and ask them?

Have you tried restoring it through iTunes on a computer instead of from the iPad itself? If something in the update you downloaded is causing it then restoring it from the same download won't help but iTunes will download the update again for the restore so might fix it.

Apple have a link on their website you can check. You put in your serial number and it says what help you can get.
