JSA, moving house, transferring claim and when to tell the Jobcentre

I sign on next week, move the day after, and assumed I could just tell them at my signing, then I read this thread:
I'm considering asking to remain at my current Jobcentre due to reasons relating to ASD, but my claim may still have to be transferred as I'm moving across the river.
Is that worth asking and do I have to tell them before the next signing?
I don't have housing costs, so no new claim is needed.

As your signing on day is just before you move it should be fine to tell them then. They can then advise you about what you need to do.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1
