Water heating for hand wash basin

Is there a solution? In my newly rented flat I need water for hand washing in bathroom. I The landlord removed the economy 7 immersion as the flat has an electric shower ( no bath ) and dishwasher. I’m told if I can source a water heater for this small need, she will install one, but not if there’s major electrical work to do or disruptive bathroom plumbing involved. The flat’s just been renovated! There’s no power supply near the basin, although there is in the old immersion cupboard a metre or so away, so this rules out, I think, an instantaneous heater or electric tap. As there’s no drainage in the cupboard where I thought a small tank heater might go, this seems to be unsuitable too as a pressure relief valve needs to drain! Am I to put up with cold hands forever or is there a way out? In all other respects this is a lovely flat!

A friend fitted a suction mounted shower head holder low down in the shower to use the shower for hand washing. She's happy with it but it depends on your showers set up with regards to switching the shower on and off.

I had a WIJAS Perfect 3500 instant hot water heater at my last house. This takes the cold water feed, and supplies the hot tap. Will need an electrician to run a 13A supply.0
