Also for those that still have it the Flex Regular saver will rise from 4.25% to 4.5%.JamesRobinson48 said:The numerous Nationwide BS interest rate increases announced today include Start to Save Issue 2 going up from 5.25% to 5.5%, with effect from 14 July.
All in all hardly Earth shattering IMHO, but it's something I suppose.2 -
Sadly another example of the nation's largest building society failing to pass on the full base-rate rise to savers and instead widening their rate margins. Why they're not being carpeted at tomorrow's meeting alongside the "Big 4" astonishes me.

Principality revised their double access account to 4.30%.
That's now a higher rate than their First Home Regular Saver 4.25% top tier!

It is somewhat disappointing that although the base rate rose by 0.75% since the last increase, Nationwide has chosen to delay these rises for ~9 and 26 days respectively.

I can scarcely believe that I spotted something not already highlighted by your goodself! Especially for NW, that I'm sure many have been checking for updates first thing every day.If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

What's even worse is that the vast majority of those new rates are still around 2 or 3 %ForumUser7 said:JamesRobinson48 said:The numerous Nationwide BS interest rate increases announced today include Start to Save Issue 2 going up from 5.25% to 5.5%, with effect from 14 July.

I've transferred most of the money away from NW to better paying accounts. If we all do this they will have to get more competitive to get our money. I used to have a lot with Halifax too and they are even worse but all my main accounts are with them. But I'm getting much better at transferring money away now 😅🤞🏽fabsaver said:

I really hope they are going to increase the latter. I only just got to the top tier this month due to not having the extra 1p needed the previous month to be in the tiersoulsaver said:Principality revised their double access account to 4.30%.

Chorley BS have now released their savings rate increases, see here.
This also confirms that the Chorley Regular Saver (and Seasonal Saver) accounts, currently paying 4.00% will be increasing to 5.00% from 20th July 2023 (as discussed yesterday).
