Someone asked them and found out it was calendar month - based on that, I’d say as long as your deposit is marked as June then you’ll be fine to make another deposit in Julyjaypers said:
Thanks. If I open today (June), presumably I can pay another £250 on Monday (July)?ForumUser7 said:

My £1 test payment to Newcastle has been returned. Anyone else with same problem?0

Not me, I don’t think I’ve seen any reports of this either.castle96 said:My £1 test payment to Newcastle has been returned. Anyone else with same problem?
Did you put the right number in the reference field? And sort code and account number?- Beneficiary: Newcastle Building Society
- Sort code: 23-59-54
- Bank Account number: (Removed by Forum Team)
- Reference: Your Newcastle Building Society account number or the reference number of your application. Your application reference number is the number supplied to you in your confirmation of application email and your account number is a 13 digit account number, for example ABC1234567XYZ which can be found in your welcome letter. Failure to quote your full account number may result in the payment being returned.

Are we still waiting for Leeds BS and Saffron BS to update their regular saver rates?
I'm losing the plot a little with respect to recent updates.1 -
Just opened the Beehive Regular Saver, when I went to set up a payee for the account the account couldn't be checked. Does anyone know if this means it actually can't be checked or just that I was trying too soon and the relevant database hadn't been updated?
Also in view of the above I only transferred £1 and it was only after I'd done that I received the welcome email that said minimum is £10. Whoops!0 -

I think I got a COP failure too - I quadruple checked the details and then sent across £10. From other people's reports, I think your £1 will bounce backtr7phil said:Just opened the Beehive Regular Saver, when I went to set up a payee for the account the account couldn't be checked. Does anyone know if I can use YBS Internet Saver Plus Issue 13 as a base account to drip feed into monthly savers please?0

Opened mine around the same time. They don’t use COP (Confirmation of Payee) which just means that it can’t be verified. I did a £10 test payment which went in after just over an hour. Just paid the other £240 for this month and waiting for it to be credited too.tr7phil said:Just opened the Beehive Regular Saver, when I went to set up a payee for the account the account couldn't be checked. First Direct have posted the changes to their savings rates - the Regular Saver is not included in the changes, so remains at 7.0%
