Yeah must be, there sheet has disappeared in the last month or so when their fix rates went down and I assume they didn't want to advertise it, they have since gone back up#Edit: Actually its just been moved to here:

Principality have on-line access and also pay 5.5%. I find them pretty good.2

I ended up opening a current account online. Once that was done I opened the RS through the app.
