I've had nothing from the Coventry regarding my Regular Saver either, but they have emailed me to tell me my Cash ISA interest rate is dropping. The email made no mention of any accounts other than the ISA.
EDIT: My email regarding the Coventry Regular Saver interest rate drop arrived at 17:50.2 -
I've not heard anything regarding my regular saver but of the people who had, was there anything regarding penalty free withdrawals?0

"This account is designed for saving your money. After the 14 day ‘cooling-off period’ (see overleaf), you can take out money or close your account if you need to, but there will be a charge equal to 30 calendar days’ interest on the amount withdrawn. Notice for withdrawal/closure cannot be given. The charge will be deducted from the balance of the account at the time of the withdrawal."afis1904 said:I've not heard anything regarding my regular saver but of the people who had, was there anything regarding penalty free withdrawals?
ETA Not directly heard anything either - but it is stated on the Cov's webby."RS 2: Important note
From 6 May 2020, the variable interest rate on this account will reduce to 1.85% AER/gross p.a."
ETA strike through, see below

That's only if saver decides to withdraw with no reason, the fact there is a reduction in interest rates instigated by Coventry means savers have 30 days from date of being notified of the interest rate change to close the account without penalty or loss of any interest.soulsaver said:

Yeah I was aware with that but I still have some allowance left in some of my 2% accounts and other places like YBS have obviously done it.0

With many of our accounts, you can close or switch your account whenever you like. However, if there are normally restrictions on your account you can close your account without notice or penalty anytime within the 30 days after we notify you about the change.
If you don’t contact us... We’ll take this to mean that you’ve accepted the change.
