Hmm, I just tried to screenshot my main Accounts page in my iPhone FD app and it worked just fine... still no sign of my RS opened yesterday morning, hopefully it will appear soon.

Because I was curious about this discussion, I also tried to screenshot the transactions page - also worked OK. What error / message is everybody getting who says you can't screenshot the banking app? (sorry if off topic, which it probably is)

It says "Taking screenshots isn't allowed by the app or your organisation"

I guess this message is part of the Android OS protocol.

I tried to screen shot the error message, but it wouldn't allow it.

You have done well. Still waiting for mine from yesterday morning. Spoke on the phone and just stuck to can take upto 3 days and were not forthcoming when I said that it is very poor service and virtually all other banks are faster

It is automatic and you should have seen this as part of the application process.

I assume that you have at least £300 (assuming that is your chosen monthly amount) in your FD account.

As RG2015 said, they set it up. Just double checked mine & the next payment is set for Sun 29 May, so will come out the following day...

Got the same text about 2 o'clock however account now showing as open in FD app and funded today's date. I won't be providing a screenshot to prove it to anyone though, people will just have to believe me
