Coventry Regular Saver i3
It is very difficult for me to track all of the changes.
I understand this is variable rate so it could change anytime with notice. I understand it is currently paying 1.55%, no penalty free withdrawal, is that correct or there is new communication that I might have missed? Thanks

Am not aware of any planned rate cut for anyone who holds that issue 3 account.adindas said:Coventry Regular Saver i3

Obviously the regular saver for new applicants/those renewing a matured regular saver is 1.3% - but the rate is still 1.55% on issue 3. It is variable of course and could be cut at any time with only two weeks notice.1 -

But I remember someone was saying they could open it online wothout the need to install the App.Is this account could be openend online or only work if you install the apps ? If you could open it onlie, how to do that. Thanks

You can open it online via the link on the first page, I opened mine on a desktop PC. Technically the Ts&Cs require you to have the Home Buying Coach app installed, doesn't appear to be enforced (or can Virgin even check? The app is simple just requires an email address). If you want to be legit, download the app register with your email and read a couple of the articles to get your "100 points" on there which makes you eligible for the Regular Saver.adindas said:Nick_C said:

re Virgin Money Home Buyers Club Regular Saver Issue 3.
The summary box says:
”This product is only available to eligible users of the Virgin Money Home Buying Coach app. If you are not a user of this app we will transfer your account to our standard Regular E-Saver.“
The problem here is that there is no standard regular saver currently available.
Also, I opened one on Saturday 30 Jan and transferred £250 from my Virgin Money current account on Saturday no problem. However, my current account changed the date to 1 Feb today (2 Feb) and it is now showing as a deposit on 1 Feb so I cannot deposit my second £250 until 1 March. My fault, I know but clearly neither of Virgin Money’s platforms process transactions on a Saturday.2 -
I don't think Virgin are enforcing their terms and conditions - although no harm logging into the app reading an article for ten seconds and getting 5 points every few weeks to keep you busy during lockdown!RG2015 said:re Virgin Money Home Buyers Club Regular Saver Issue 3.
