I had issue 2, 3 and 4 all at once. Issue 2 matured two weeks after I opened issue 3.  Still got 3 and 4.

I contacted them (mostly to get logged that I had attempted to open the account in the event it was withdrawn). I got a reply saying they was aware of it. I was later able to open the account. Not sure if the issue is fixed or they just fixed it for my login but worth other other posters retry if they had the error previously.

In order to withdraw money, you need to send them your bank statement for it to linked

Does anyone have personal experience of making a 13th payment towards a Cambridge BS Regular saver? Any idea if accepted or just gets returned??

For the Saffron Members Regular Saver, how long has it taken for other's accounts to be opened?  I applied in their online banking last week, but haven't heard anything since.

I opened this account in Dec and feel sure it was instantly set up, I then had a letter saying account was open and how I could fund it.

Had a similar problem to yours last year. Applied online for their regular saver at around midnight but nothing for over a week. Called them and they said they have no record of my application. Applied again and it was processed within a minute.

I managed to open a "Enviro" account, but neither of my main banks would let me pay in, despite opening new accounts with other building societies , before and since.Gave up.

Do you perhaps mean that you didn't get a successful CoP match (which doesn't actually prevent payments)?

I had exactly the same problem with the Tipton last year. Applied online, nothing heard after 2 weeks so contacted them and they had no record of my application. Maybe they use the same unreliable online applications system as Saffron.
