I personally would have liked the 1st of the month to be an option as the other 5 reg savers I have go out on the 1st.
Still 7% is not to bad.0 -

Their new loyalty rate regular saver will pay 7% variable
£250 max monthly deposit
Withdrawals/early closure subject to 30 day interest penalty
EDIT:
Also the account will be launched on Tuesday 28/11/23.
The account runs on an account month basis so if you opened it on 28/11/23 and deposited the maximum amount, you couldn't deposit further funds until 28/12/23.

Oops, we're sorry - we can't find the page you're looking for.
I've not proceeded any further than that though as it hasn't been officially launched yet and I'm not eligible for the account anyway.
This condition is a pain though - I had hoped to open end of Nov and add another payment in on 1st DecemberHow to put money into your account- Each month you can pay in as many times as you like, up to a maximum of £250. If you have a joint account the maximum is still £250. Your deposit month starts on the day you opened the account. For example, if you opened the account on 15 December you'd have from 15 December to 14 January to pay in your first month's allowance. Your second month would start on 15 January
Also - I have had a welcome to your new account email from them as well1 -

No13th payment allowed, but it is still a very good deal. I don't think we'll be seeing many new RSs at 7%+ rate in near future.2 -
When I logged in this account wasn’t offered as available for me to open - I’ve had continuous membership of Coventry for quite a few years now, certainly before January 2022, but with several continuously overlapping accounts rather than one or more enduring accounts that antedate the threshold date. It looks as if I appear not to be eligible for this account.0

Went back to your link and opened new tab.
There it was so I applied.
Don’t think I’ve been with them that long.
Just found my first email from them, 02-02-23.
Follow these steps, well you never know.0 -

I don’t see a way of navigating to the link by pasting in while still being logged in, so I’m not going to try - probably sensible to wait until it’s officially available!0
