Firstly, huge apologies as I'm sure this must have been discussed before- I just can't find it anywhere.
Has anyone else had issues with resetting their passwords? I've tried three times and it isn't sending an email to my yahoo account. I'm a long term regular but I've been taking a comping break since last summer and I just thought I'd check out the new forum. I did the password confirmation thing quite a few weeks ago when I got an email so thought I'd be fine to sign in today but it still said I had to reset it and when I attempt to do so the email isn't arriving (not in spam either). I've set up this new account using my gmail account and received the account confirmation email straight away so I'll probably just stick with this one but wondered if it's just me or if other users have found the same.

Might be a similar issue to BT. I had to "whitelist" the MSE address in my emails as the emails were being blocked. You'd have to google how to add to your whitelist, the address you need to put on the list is forum.noreply@moneysavingexpert.com>
Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid....1 -
I'm also with yahoo and had same error. My yahoo account is set up to forard emails to my PC into Outlook and they didn't arrive. However when I logged on to Yahoo server via the browser they were all sitting there , just not forwarded. I manually forwarded one to an alternative address (also routed to my desktop Outlook) and was able to get the hotlink to activate the password and account that way. I now realise whitelisting the MSE origin address would have worked and been quicker. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....1
