think i forgot some minor details about my anxiety. Should I write it on a piece of paper and send it off or just wait to hear back and then tell them if I have to go to a face to face assessment?
They received my form and supporting information at the beginning of Feb

I'm assuming based on this that you didn't keep a copy of the form that you filled in and sent? You should always keep copies, then you'll know what you've written.

You'll be able to give any extra information needed during the assessment, if it's needed.

Yep unfortunately I sent it off in a rush as usual and may have forgotten some details.
I'll remember most of the info I gave as I've had paranoid schizophrenia for years now and the symptoms are pretty much the same as they have been for years

At an assessment do they questions they ask vary from person to person? Just asking as id like to prepare for the interview before hand if I have to go. If I'm anxious I will rush and get confused

Yes they vary depending on how your conditions affect you. They will want to know a typical day for you.

    OK thanks
Would you recommend taking notes with me or not?

There's no harm in doing that. Personally, i've never done that because it would just make me more nervous than i already am. I know how my conditions affect me and notes really won't be helpful, for me at least.

Had some extra info to send to the DWP and the address she gave me over the phone was different from last time. Is this because they want you to send it to whichever place is less over loaded?
