Credit club problems

It would appear the Credit club is broken.
You cant access your full report, it just times out. and the algorythms used to generate the scores are way out
how can a 999 score with no negatives, only positives & zero balances give a vlow mse rating lol - and if as it says its down to the data i put in, there is no way to edit it lol.
