Help to Buy transfer to LISA

I have a Help to Buy with in excess of £4,000. I opened a LISA last year and would like to transfer my H2B across. Am I able to transfer over an amount up to 4,000 in this tax year and then transfer the remaining funds next year?

Yes, do the £4000 on or before 5th April and then the rest (up to another £4000) on or after the 6th April.0
