Basically I was stupid & verbally agreed to a phone contract that seemed to good to be true .. the short story is ... The company in question delivered 'by accident' the wrong phone & wanted me to send on to an address in Preston .... Being slightly suspicious after some discrepancies I contacted both 02 & googled the contact numbers the company called on & one of them came up as been used before on the same scam but delivery address came up as Bolton
.... Just wondered if anyone else has fallen foul of this scam .. I still have the phone on 02s advice & awaiting further advice from them .
The company that called was mobile Citi or mobile phone Citi .
