Mess up with energy switch

I switched 16 days ago from 1 tariff to another with EDF. EDF have no record of the switch and I've phoned them numerous times. I've contacted the energy club 4 times but received no reply. My last switch was done without a hitch but I have no idea what's happening this time!

I know that and you have pointed it out many times but until MSE Towers gets their act together (I'm not holding my breath) and create a separate thread for gas & electric people will continue to make this error.JJ_Egan said:Posted in Oil and LPG
