Halifax Cash ISA relationship interest rate with Junior ISA

Hi, I received the letter below from Halifax in December 2019. I firstly contacted Halifax via phone and at first they were apologetic, however when they spoke to their manager they stated that I had no reason for discourse even though they had apologised in the letter and failed to advise that the relationship rate had ended in 2016 and therefore I could have moved my ISA without impacting on my children's Junior ISA rate. I decided to log a complaint with Halifax and contacted this website for advise, I received a generic email from this site and was advised that if they knew the answer it would be on the website or I could search the forums. Neither the website or the forum was able to provide any information on this situation.
Therefore this post is for anyone who has received the same letter (attached) as I was successful, my complaint was upheld, I received interest back at the highest rate of any cash ISA during the period of December 2016 and December 2019 for the largest balance held during that time - receiving over £2000 in interest.
I hope this helps someone else claim their interest back
Best Wishes
