Some clarification on what to do about NEWLYN?

Hi,
I have read the sticky thread at the top of the forum regarding how to deal with parking charge notices.
I initially ignored the letters from DRP asking for £160 and have moved houses since then. I recently got a new debt collector letter at my new address from 'Newlyn' for the same Parking Charge.
Picture of the letter: http://prntscr.com/r54r3h
As I've said I have read the forum and I am wondering if I should ignore this letter or reply robustly with one of these templates: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4814108/debt-collector-letters-note-to-the-regulars
The letter also says something about a CCJ, does that mean I have one against my name now?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Seems to be a few of these on here recently , have you read the others ?
The letter says you have an outstanding CCJ , so you better check because if so they are at the enforcement stage on behalf of ukcpm and Gladstone's0 -
This sounds like this has been to court already. Court papers sent to a previous address
Have you checked your credit report to see if a CCJ has been logged ?1 -

Can you be more precise, In matters such as this accuracy is a sine qua non, a CCJ can ruin your life. Have you not read the stickies? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

Of course there is a procedure to do, that;s what all the set aside threads here are all about, plus the section in the NEWBIES thread dedicated to set aside options (the sticky thread covers all stages, to stop people asking if there is nothing they can do, to save our time here).

I've checked both my ClearScore and Halifax credit reports and they both state I have 0 CCJs.
& I wasn't aware this is a "SET ASIDE" - I'll read more into it.0 -
If as today, your credit file shows ZERO CCJ's registered, then you must ask Newlyn for full details of their claim and CCJ, Court case number, which court, what datePsychicwin said:I've checked both my ClearScore and Halifax credit reports and they both state I have 0 CCJs.
