My phone only has Firefly as a ringtone. When I go to change it I get a message saying “choose path” then it has folders that are empty. The same thing happens with the notification sounds. Did it not come with any?

I have a Galaxy M30S with their oneUi and there isn't "Firefly" listed as a ringtone. How are you trying to check or change it?Settings - Sounds and vibration - Ringtone or notification sounds (separate selections) - select SIM 1 or 2(whichever slot your SIM is installed - then there should be a list of built in ringtones/sounds to select from.I am assuming that the A70 is similar.0

I've got an A70 and I access the ringtones via Settings-Sound and Vibration-Ringtone-SIM1 or SIM2 and get a longish list (same as above post). Firefly is not one of the options.0

Is there any ringtone in your file manager?
