    Brilliant news!  A Judge who gets that Smart don't use the POFA!

    Paying for a transcript of that decision would be very useful for others but we understand if you are not in a position to use some of the costs for that.  If you are, ask the court which transcription service they use and contact the service for a quote for the case.

    Yep, I will do this and pass it along.  Do I have any danger of breaking the law by making the transcript public?  Obviously they made it clear no recordings could be made of the hearing.

    No, it's fine.  A court transcript is released for whatever lawful purpose you wish to use it for.

    Great result. Success in South Wales courts is a pretty rare bird. Do you recall the Judge's name?  The transcript might offer sweet reading.
