I didn't say the term NTO was specifically mentioned in the CoP because it doesn't need to be.  There is a ban on 'impersonating authority'.

Also, more importantly, read the new Draft Code of Practice and quote the Annex from the Government about banned words.

Yes, because he/she couldn't use a pdf to adjust and/or top and tail.  Certainly not without a lot of faffing about.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I am going to have my hearing this week.  Is there a guide anywhere about how to conduct yourself during video hearings.  What do I call the judge?  How will it work?  If I win, what should I do to claim for my time and expenses?

Like this, but from the comfort of your home.

What do I call the judge?

    Sir/Madam

If I win, what should I do to claim for my time and expenses?

Are you taking time off work for the hearing?  Have you submitted a Summary Costs Assessment with your WS?

As well as the excellent advice above , one resource you are missing out on is the court reports in recently concluded court claim hearings

No matter what we tell you , we are not people who have been through it , except for a handful like coupon mad , beamerguy and any lawyers etc.. your best resource us the victims who reported their dealings in the matter , especially since march 2020

Only a fool would ignore such rich pickings !! I trust that you are not a fool
