thank you so much for your help. ill let you know any updates0

why are you writing your complaint in letter for? This is not 1980.
I have been in similar situations as yourself and ive never once written a letter. Do everything via e-mail and also copy in the CEO of Lowell or some higher up execs and they will take your complaint seriously. You can google the names, i may even have a few email addresses as i have dealt with lowell before. Horrible bunch.1 -
thank you xlnc99 im such a doughnut and not sure why i never did it via emails before. i think im just set in that way in writing letters. that's gonna change now. i really appreciate any email address that you have to help me. as they are not responding to letters so i will for sure be emailing them all instead. thank you again for making me see how much im a doughnut lol0

hi xlnc99.
I took your advice and I've emailed Lowell and TalkTalk. I found online the address of all the employees of Lowell including the CEO and copied them all in it. That was on 2nd and 3rd July as i miss spelt the email to Talktalk. So Lowell got it double from me. Oops lol. Yesterday I received an email from the Lowell's Senior Customer Relations Officer Roland Whiteley who said "in response to my emails to various members of our executive staff, will be conducting a thorough investigation into my concerns and upon completion of this investigation will be writing to me with their resolution". They do what me to confirm my full address and date of birth for which I will be replying that they have all my personal details on the Ref number I gave them. So I won't need to confirm that with them. I also got another email address that I will solely use for the correspondence to them and any others that I shall deal with. I hope that me being a pest like that has got them to listen to me. So thank you for the advice that I should have done way before this old girl was stuck in the 80's. I copied in 42 Lowell employees including the CEO and I've a copy of all the address that didn't return to me as no longer in use.
kind regards

Thank you for letting me know that. I have responded to them and also received email from Talktalk. So it's in hand with my issues with them. I'll keep this thread updated once I hear more.
