So I've been looking at the parkingeye appeal process online, which requires checking a box to agree that: 'I confirm I have attached all supporting information available to me, and understand that I will be unable to provide any additional evidence at a later date, unless specifically requested by ParkingEye'. Is this even allowed? Am I held liable to that if I complete the online process or should I appeal in a different way?

All that means is that when appealing to PE you must supply everything you want to say and show in one go.

It does not mean that when they have rejected your appeal, you can't then prepare an appeal for PoPLA which is entirely different. Indeed a  PoPLA appeal will be far more comprehensive.

In other words, that term is nothing to worry about.

IANAL but I think that that wording may be in breach of the Consumer Rights Act wrt unfair T&Cs in consumer contracts.

    Hi
Update on 'case': Emailed Odeon and received response from Head Office assuring me that Leicester will be informed to have charge cancelled...which is a fair bit of an improvement to my face-to-dace with manager who told me to send proof of purchase to ParkingEye as they (Odeon) are not responsible  :|
Anyway, waiting for confirmation from ParkingEye now.
