I receive carers allowance and esa.ive been offered a job for 7 hours a week on minimum wage. Up to 12 hours if i want it. Does anyone know if i would be able to take it and how it would affect my benefits?

It doesn't make any difference when your claim started. Permitted work rules are the same regardless of this. If you're in the WRAG which i assume you are then the date your claim started will make a difference to the amount you're entitled to.
