I disagree. A solicitor is an Officer of the Court, and is duty bound not to submit claims where they know the amounts to be unlawful. Such practice is liable to bring the profession into disrepute, and is very much a matter of concern to the SRA .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Indeed, have you checked MCOL to make sure the DQ has been sent out? Have you completed your DQ? ETc.
You cannot sit back and be passive on this. You know, from the newbies thread, exactly what you need to do and when. If something doesnt arfive through the dodgy post, it is your job to realise this and to do it *anyway*. if you dont, you risk automatically losing.3 -
