    Yes me too. Thought my relative was the olderwoman and didn't believe it to be a sham (family members thought otherwise). He left within a year or two of being able to be here without her. Gave his reason as he wanted children, though he knew at the point they met she was too old to have any more.

    If he's already able to stay in this country in his own right, then I wouldn't have thought there was anything you could do.




  •  I know someone this happened to. Married, two kids, he scarpered with another woman. Took that long to get through the visa process to be ready to apply for citizenship. He blatantly admitted he married her for the visa.
