Ground Source Heat Pumps & Condensation

Can anyone give me any advice about this - we had a heat pump installed about a year ago and have constantly dripping pipes of condensation off the units - making the floor wet !! The installers came and lagged it - but it still creates lots of condensation. I am aware of how it’s caused and the my have been back and explained that it’s because the pipes are cold and the rooms warm - I know this - but didn’t. Expect to have a heating system installed that drips water from the pipes constantly ( so much so I have put a bucket and some guttering underneath it.
Has anyone else experienced this ? Surely that shouldn’t happen?
Thanks

You will get this effect, as the ground lines in/out are operating at different temps. There is no easy way to solve it unless the pump is in a location e.g a garage or outhouse where it is not so much a problem.
