How can you not remember if there was a dust bag? Are there many reviews?

If they have the item, it's missing its dust bag and tags and it's scratched, then you don't really have a leg to stand on.  They should offer a partial refund or return the belt to you, though.  They can't keep it and your money.
  • I’ve never ordered a belt before so didn’t know it was meant to come with a dust bag so wasn’t something I looked for when I opened the box, just tried the belt on and realised it didn’t fit. Yeah I’ve searched afterwards and this seems to happen to a lot of people when returning items and they’re left with the items they don’t want.

Do you want to name the company. Are you saying this seems to be happening with them a lot?
