New Car - Is Display Model Classed As A New Car?

    The car on display will have a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on display in the windscreen. Take a note of that and see if it matches your new car. If it does, refuse the new car unless it comes with a discount.
    Though technically, a new car is one that hasn't been registered yet, it could have been sat in a field for years.
