I have two of these accounts and I was also quite surprised to see the interest rate drop this month.
I don't recall seeing an Email informing me of the rate drop. It's the sort of thing I look out for and take note of. Can't find anything in my deleted folder either.0 -
I still have the e-mail as shown earlier. Dated 17 February 2020. The subject heading is 'Your Interest Rate is Changing' and all details are clearly set out.0
