Hi all, wonder if you could give me some advise. My flat has been on the market a few weeks now and not yet had any viewings and I don't understand whyI have posted a link to my property below, it's the first flat on the page. If anyone has criticism of the advert or the property, I would really appreciate it. Sorry I'm new to the site so can't post the full link

I think you should compare 1/2 mile or even 1 mile.
