    This is indeed checking who lives with you. I will advise that you should be honest when filling out the form. You can't really say that your husband isn't living with you, if his bank and GP is registered as living with you. You may find that you'll have an overpayment of the SDP unless your husband claims a qualifying benefit such as PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care.
