I will ring them on Monday and ask them about it , as I only sent the fit notes because journal was asking me for them and job centre lady told me i needed to

That is simply wrong on part of DWP.

In that case just fill in the form exactly like you did last time - unless there have been any changes - and send in all the evidence you sent before. There is no guarantee it will be paper-based again (my assessor told me that if the DWP had actually read my form, they shouldn't have called me in for a face-to-face assessment) but if you do exactly what you did before then you give yourself the best chance for it to be
