O2 pay as you go

I am currently on a £15 a month pay as you go deal with O2. I get 1000 free texts and 1000 minutes call time. Plus a very small data allowance. I know this is not a very good deal. I am happy enough with the texts and talk time but I would like to increase the data. If I was to ring o2 today what amount of data would be realistic on top of the texts and calls for £20 per month pay as you go?

I got impatient and went on o2 website. I probably could of got a better deal if he had rung them up and haggled but I am not really in the mood. Got unlimited calls and texts and 10GB of data for £20 a month. 50GB of data for first 3 months. Like I said not the best deal but O2 pretty reliable and it’s a lot better than the deal I had.

  • If you want to stick with O2 and PAYG, a £20 GiffGaff goody bag gives you 40GB and unlimited mins. GiffGaff are O2, and use the O2 network.
Other networks (Three for example) have £20/month contracts that include unlimited data, although you would be locked into a contract in exchange for that unlimited data use.

If you get a Three signal where you live you could go to Smarty network own by Three and is payg so no contract leave when you like.
They are doing 30gb data unlimited calls and text £10 a month or 50gb data for £15 or Unlimited data for £20 all got unlimited call/text.
